But people were NOT replaced completely.

Machines only replaced PARTS of the work… and massively changed how work got done.

But machines did NOT replace the human parts: judgment, creativity, leadership, relationships, and so on.

And the people who thrived in that era were the ones who adapted… learned the new tools and skills, and took control of how they worked.

The same pattern is happening today with AI… just faster.
