Affiliate Agreement

Last updated: 20th Feb 2026

This Affiliate Agreement (the “Agreement”) explains how the 47AIx Affiliate Program works, including Commissions, payouts, tracking, and promotion rules.

The Affiliate Program is operated by Marketing Commando Ltd (Company Number: 08121390 | Registered Address: 65 St. Helier Ave, Morden, UK, SM4 6HY), trading as 47AIx (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), via 47AIx.com and related pages.

This Agreement applies worldwide to anyone who applies to, registers for, is approved for, holds an Affiliate Account for, or otherwise participates in the 47AIx Affiliate Program, and it continues to apply after suspension or termination to the extent any provisions survive.

By applying to, registering for, or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by this Affiliate Agreement, including where your Affiliate Account is automatically created when you purchase or subscribe to a Membership.

Third-party promoter platforms (for example: OfferLab): This Agreement governs only the 47AIx Affiliate Program available via our Affiliate Center. It does not govern (and does not apply to) any third-party “promoter” / marketplace programs, which are governed by the relevant platform’s terms and the commission rate shown on that platform.

Where you apply, register, or are enrolled through a Membership order, you may also be asked to explicitly accept this Agreement (for example, via a checkbox or similar mechanism) or to accept this Agreement by submitting the application/registration/order.

If you do not accept this Affiliate Agreement, do not apply, register, or participate in the Affiliate Program. If an Affiliate Account is automatically created for you, you must not use it and you must email us promptly to request closure of your Affiliate Account.

See also 47AIx’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Refund Terms, which apply to you, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Affiliate registration and your Affiliate Account

2.1 Membership requirement

To join the Affiliate Program, you must become a paying member of our online Membership by submitting an Order Form.

2.2 Automatic registration

When you become a paying member, we may create an Affiliate Account for you automatically. However, creation of an Affiliate Account does not guarantee approval to participate in our Affiliate Program.

2.3 Eligibility and right to refuse (sole discretion)

You understand and agree that 47AIx retains sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether you qualify for participation in the Affiliate Program.

Not everyone who becomes a member (or has an automatically created Affiliate Account) will qualify to participate as an Active Affiliate, and we may refuse to approve you to participate and terminate your automatically created Affiliate Account with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

2.4 Individual vs business details

Due to platform limitations, we currently collect Affiliate details as an individual account.

You may still operate as a business in practice, but your Affiliate Account will be recorded under your individual profile in our system.

You are responsible for ensuring your profile information is accurate and up to date.

2.5 Information requests and verification

We may request additional information from you at any time to confirm compliance and authenticity of your Affiliate activities (for example: current promotional examples, traffic sources, identity verification, or a short verification call).

You warrant that all information you provide to us in connection with the Affiliate Program is truthful, accurate, and complete, and does not omit any information that would make it misleading.

If you refuse to provide requested information, or provide misleading/incomplete information, we may withhold unpaid Commissions and suspend/terminate your participation with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

2.6 One true Affiliate Account only

You are not permitted to have more than one 47AIx Affiliate Account.

You must register and maintain your Affiliate Account using your true, accurate identity details, and you must not open or use an Affiliate Account under the name of another person or entity or under a fictitious name.

Good-faith duplicates. If duplicate Affiliate Accounts are created in good faith (for example, because you registered again using a different email address), we may, subject to Account Verification, (a) merge the Affiliate Accounts and attribute Commissions to a single Affiliate Account, or (b) require you to choose one Affiliate Account and we may close the other(s).

If we determine that multiple Affiliate Accounts were created or used to evade rules, manipulate tracking, or otherwise abuse the Affiliate Program (including through aliases, other identities, or fictitious details), we may terminate all related Affiliate Accounts and deny any unpaid Commissions with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

2.7 No sale, transfer, or sharing of Affiliate Accounts

Your Affiliate Account is personal to you. You must not sell, transfer, assign, share, sublicense, or allow any other person to use your Affiliate Account or Affiliate Link(s), directly or indirectly, without our prior written consent.

2.8 No automatic cancellation

Canceling your Membership does not automatically cancel your Affiliate Account.

If you cancel your Membership or receive a refund, you can still log in to the Affiliate Center and participate as an Affiliate, unless your participation is suspended/terminated under this Agreement.

To request the cancellation of your Affiliate Account email us at hello+affiliates@47aix.com from your Affiliate Email On File. We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

3. Contact and complaints

3.1 Affiliate support

For Affiliate questions (tracking, payouts, access), email us at hello+affiliates@47aix.com from your Affiliate Email On File. We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Complaints

If you receive a complaint related to your Affiliate promotions (ads, emails, posts, landing pages, print materials, presentations, etc.), you must:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the complaint, and
  • Send details from your Affiliate Email On File to: hello+compliance@47aix.com . We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

3.3 Communications consent (email, phone, SMS, automated/prerecorded messages)

You consent to us contacting you at the email address and telephone number you provide to us in connection with your Affiliate Account, your application/verification, compliance requests, payouts, and the Affiliate Program.

Subject to applicable law, this may include email, telephone calls, SMS/text messages, and messages delivered using automated dialing systems and/or artificial or prerecorded voice.

We may contact you directly or through third-party service providers acting on our behalf.

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time by emailing hello+affiliates@47aix.com from your Affiliate Email On File. We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

For SMS/text messages, you may also opt out by replying STOP (or following the opt-out instructions in the message).

You acknowledge that we may still send essential administrative communications (for example, verification, payout, legal, security, or policy notices).

If you block or cannot receive essential administrative communications, we may suspend or terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program.

4. Affiliate Links, tracking, and attribution

4.1 Cookie window and attribution

  • Cookie duration: 45 days from the click.
  • Attribution model: Last-click attribution.
  • Only one Affiliate can earn Commission per transaction.

Example: A prospect clicks Affiliate A’s link on January 1 (UTC), then clicks Affiliate B’s link on January 20 (UTC), then buys on January 25 (UTC). The sale is attributed to Affiliate B.

4.2 What you must use to earn Commission

Only tracked Affiliate Links from the Affiliate Center are eligible.

Coupon codes, untracked links, “vanity links,” offline referrals, and manual attribution are not eligible unless we explicitly confirm otherwise in writing.

4.3 What information you’ll see

If an Affiliate purchases through your Affiliate Link, you can see limited information in your Affiliate dashboard:

  • their name, and
  • their email address,

in addition to transaction and Commission status information.

4.4 No guarantee of perfect tracking

Tracking may be affected by device settings, browser restrictions, ad blockers, network issues, and user behavior.

We do not guarantee error-free tracking.

Our tracking data is determinative and final, and discrepancies are resolved at our sole discretion.

4.5 Prohibited tracking manipulation

You must not engage in any tracking manipulation, including:

  • Cookie stuffing
  • Forced clicks, clickjacking, hidden clicks
  • Adware/spyware/browser extensions or software that overwrites cookies or diverts attribution
  • Any method designed to claim credit without a genuine user-driven referral

Violations may result in withholding/denial of unpaid Commissions and immediate termination (Section 11).

5. Commission structure and calculation

5.1 Commission rate and tier (recurring vs one-time)

40% Commission on eligible paid Products/subscriptions sold through your Affiliate Link, subject to this Agreement.

This 40% rate applies only to Qualified Sales tracked through our Affiliate Program (via the Affiliate Center). It does not apply to commissions paid under any third-party promoter/marketplace platform (for example: OfferLab), where the applicable commission rate and rules are the ones shown on, and governed by, that third-party platform.

How the 40% works:

  • Subscriptions (recurring): You earn 40% on each subscription payment we actually receive for as long as the subscription remains active and each payment remains a Qualified Sale (including after the 45-day waiting period).
  • One-time purchases: You earn 40% on each one-time payment we actually receive, and is and remains Qualified Sale (including after the 45-day waiting period).

5.2 Tax is excluded from Commission calculations

Commission is calculated on the Product/subscription price excluding any taxes.

Example: If a Customer pays $197 + tax for a monthly plan, your 40% is calculated on $197, not on the tax.

5.3 What is commissionable

All paid Membership plans (Trial and monthly) and one-time Products, add-ons, and upsells are normally commissionable.

However, we reserve the right to exclude some or all Products, plans, add-ons, upsells, promotions, or payment methods from Commission eligibility at any time. Where practical, we may communicate exclusions in the Affiliate Center.

6. Commission eligibility rules

6.1 Self-referrals are not allowed

You are not permitted to use your own Affiliate Link to purchase for yourself.

If we reasonably determine that a sale is a self-referral, it is non-commissionable and may result in termination.

6.2 Paying for others is not allowed

You must not pay for, subsidise, or reimburse (directly or indirectly) another person’s or entity’s Membership. If we reasonably determine that a sale involved you paying for, subsidising, or reimbursing the Membership, it is non-commissionable and may result in termination under Section 11.

6.3 Existing Customers, upgrades, and new Products

  • If a Customer is already subscribed and later purchases a new Product/subscription (that is a Qualified Sale) via an Affiliate Link, the new purchase is eligible for Commission. The existing subscription is not retroactively eligible.
  • If a Customer switches plans or upgrades and an Affiliate is already associated with that Customer, the existing Affiliate continues to receive Commission on the upgraded plan.
  • If a Customer originally joined without an Affiliate, and later upgrades/switches plans using an Affiliate Link, that upgrade/switch is not eligible for Commission.

6.4 Reactivation / “cancel-and-rejoin” behavior

You must not encourage (or coordinate) Customers to cancel or request refunds then repurchase to create a new Affiliate attribution.

  • If a Customer cancels/requests a refund and repurchases/rejoins via your Affiliate Link within 90 days to create a new Affiliate attribution, it is not eligible for Commission and we may terminate your Affiliate participation with or without notice as set out in Section 19.
  • If a previous subscriber/buyer rejoins/repurchases after 90 days via an Affiliate Link (that is a Qualified Sales), it is eligible for Commission.

6.5 Fraud, abuse, and invalid transactions

If we determine (in our sole discretion) that a sale is fraudulent, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or otherwise violates this Agreement, then:

  • No Commission will be earned or paid for that sale, and
  • We may withhold unpaid Commissions during investigation, deny unpaid Commissions, terminate participation, and/or apply Offsets described in Section 6.6 with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

6.6 Refunds, Chargebacks, and Offsets

If a Customer’s purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back:

  • The related Commission is not Payable.
  • If we have not yet paid it, we may remove it from your Payable balance without notice.

If we have already paid a Commission that later becomes non-Payable (for example, due to a late Chargeback), then:

  • We may deduct/Offset that amount from your future Commission payouts until the balance is cleared.

If you do not earn future Commissions sufficient to clear a Negative Balance, you may not receive further payouts unless and until future Commissions exceed the Negative Balance.

7. When Commissions become Payable, and payout timing

7.1 The 45-day waiting period

A Commission becomes Payable only after 45 days from the date of the sale (UTC), provided the sale remains a Qualified Sale and has not been refunded/charged back.

7.2 Monthly payout date

We normally process Affiliate payouts once per month:

  • On the 10th of the month, or
  • If the 10th is not a Business Day, on the closest following Business Day.

Payout Cut-Off Time (payout details snapshot). For each Payout Run, we determine the PayPal payout details we normally use based on the payout details on file in your Affiliate Center at the Payout Cut-Off Time. If you add or change your PayPal email address on the Monthly payout date, that change may not be reflected in that Payout Run and may only take effect in the next Payout Run.

Example 1 (Commission becomes Payable before the payout date):
Sale date: August 24 (UTC).
Payable date: Oct 8 (UTC).
Next Payout Run: Oct 10 (or next Business Day).
Payout details used: the PayPal email address on file in your Affiliate Center at 00:00 UTC on Oct 10.

Example 2 (Commission becomes Payable after the payout date):
Sale date: March 1 (UTC).
Payable date: April 15 (UTC).
Next Payout Run: May 10 (or next Business Day).
Payout details used: the PayPal email address on file in your Affiliate Center at 00:00 UTC on May 10.

Example 3 (Payout details changed on the payout date):
Monthly payout: Oct 10 at 10:17 UTC.
PayPal email address updated: Oct 10 at 14:51 UTC.
Result: the updated PayPal email address will normally be used for the Nov 10 Payout Run.

7.3 Minimum payout threshold

We maintain a $100 USD minimum payout threshold.

If your combined Payable Commissions are under $100, they generally roll forward until you reach the threshold—except for the special twice-yearly under-threshold payouts in Section 7.4.

7.4 Twice-yearly under-threshold payouts and forfeiture rule

Twice per year (February and August), we pay out under-threshold Payable Commissions that meet all conditions below:

  • The sale date was more than 6 months ago, and
  • The sale was not refunded and remains a Qualified Sale, and
  • The Commission is Payable under this Agreement.

Important: If, at the time of this type of payouts, you do not have a Valid PayPal Email Address set in the Affiliate Center (or it is incorrect and PayPal cannot transfer the funds), then the unpaid amount will be automatically forfeited to 47AIx, without notice and without any further action being required.

7.5 Twice-yearly unpayable Commissions and forfeiture rule

If we have been unable to pay you any Payable Commissions solely because you do not have a Valid PayPal Email Address on file (or PayPal cannot transfer funds to your payout details for any reason), then twice per year (February and August) we may process those unpaid amounts as follows:

  • We may only include unpaid Payable Commissions where the sale date was more than 6 months ago (UTC), the sale remains a Qualified Sale, and the Commission remains Payable under this Agreement.
  • Important: If, at the time of this twice-yearly processing, you still do not have a Valid PayPal Email Address set in the Affiliate Center (or PayPal still cannot transfer the funds), then the unpaid amount will be automatically forfeited to 47AIx, without notice and without any further action being required.

For avoidance of doubt: this Section 7.5 is separate from (and in addition to) the twice-yearly under-threshold payout handling in Section 7.4.

8. Payout method, currency, and fees

8.1 Payout provider

We pay Affiliate Commissions via PayPal only.

8.2 Your payout details

8.2.1 Your responsibility

You must set and keep updated a Valid PayPal Email Address in the Affiliate Center. You are solely responsible for ensuring your payout details are correct and able to receive PayPal payments.

8.2.2 Our reliance on your instructions

We may rely on the PayPal email address shown in your Affiliate Center as your sole payout instruction. We are not responsible for failed delivery resulting from incorrect payout details, PayPal account limitations/restrictions, or other issues outside our control.

8.2.3 Payout Cut-Off Time

Your payout details must be correct by the Payout Cut-Off Time to be used for that Payout Run (see Section 7.2). If you change your payout details on the Monthly payout date, the change may only take effect in the next Payout Run.

8.2.4 Failed payouts, notices, suspension

If a payout cannot be completed because you do not have a Valid PayPal Email Address on file (or PayPal cannot transfer the funds), then:

  • the affected Payable Commissions will remain unpaid and may be included in a later normal monthly Payout Run once you correct the issue (subject to Sections 7.4 and 7.5);
  • we may send you one notice per affected Payout Run indicating that the payout could not be completed and that you must update your payout details (see Section 19); and
  • if we are unable to complete a payout due to this issue for three (3) consecutive monthly Payout Runs, we may suspend your Affiliate Account under Section 11 (including Section 11.5) until you request reactivation by email and provide valid payout details.

8.2.5 No unscheduled payouts

If you correct your payout details, any unpaid Payable Commissions will normally be paid (if and when Payable) in the next normal monthly Payout Run. We do not make unscheduled or off-cycle payouts.

8.2.6 Payout finality

A payout is deemed made once PayPal confirms the transfer as completed to the payout details on file at the relevant time. Except where we determine (in our sole discretion) that a technical error on our side caused a payout to be processed contrary to the payout details on file, we have no obligation to trace, recover, reverse, reissue, or reimburse any payout after it has been completed by PayPal.

If you cannot log in, contact us from your Affiliate Email On File at hello+affiliates@47aix.com . We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

8.3 Currency

All Commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD).

8.4 Fees

You are responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion costs, or other charges imposed by PayPal or your bank.

These fees and charges may be deducted by PayPal (and/or your bank) from the payout amount, meaning you may receive less than the Commission amount shown in the Affiliate Center.

8.5 Taxes

You are solely responsible for complying with all tax laws and reporting obligations applicable to you.

9. UK sanctions and embargo compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your Affiliate activities (including who you target, where you advertise, and who you refer) comply with UK sanctions and embargo rules.

We may, in our sole discretion, deny Commissions, withhold unpaid amounts, apply Offsets, suspend, or terminate Affiliate Accounts to maintain compliance with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

10. Promotion and advertising rules (summary)

You agree to promote 47AIx ethically and lawfully.

In addition to Appendix A:

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations (advertising, consumer protection, data protection, and email marketing rules).
  • You must not publish deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims about 47AIx or our Products.
  • You must clearly disclose your Affiliate relationship (Appendix A).
  • You must not use telemarketing, fax marketing, or text/SMS messaging to advertise 47AIx.
  • You must not offer cash, prizes, or similar monetary “sign up incentives” in exchange for a Customer purchasing through your link.

11. Suspension, termination, and related Affiliate Account matters

11.1 Termination by either party (normal scenario)

Either you or we may terminate your Affiliate participation at any time, with or without cause, by giving written, 30-day termination notice to the other Party via email.

You can email us from your Affiliate Email On File at hello+affiliates@47aix.com . We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.

11.2 Effect of suspension

Upon suspension (effective immediately unless we state otherwise), must immediately:

  • Stop promoting 47AIx as an Affiliate
  • Stop using any Brand Assets, logos, or marketing materials we provided
  • Pause or disable all active promotions under your control that include Affiliate Links

You cannot access your Affiliate Center and cannot earn any new Commissions.

You may request reactivation by emailing us from your Affiliate Email On File at hello+affiliates@47aix.com . (We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.) We may reactivate or decline, at our sole discretion. If we reactivate your Affiliate Account, you may restart promoting 47AIx as an Affiliate and using our Brand Assets, logos, and marketing materials we provided (from the reactivation date, subject to this Agreement).

We may convert your suspension into termination under Section 11.

Any unpaid Commissions remain subject to Section 11.5.

For avoidance of doubt: you will not earn Commission on any sale that occurs on or after the effective date of suspension, even if a Customer clicked your Affiliate Link before that date.

11.3 Effect of termination

Upon termination, you must immediately:

  • Stop promoting 47AIx as an Affiliate
  • Stop using any Brand Assets, logos, or marketing materials we provided
  • Remove Affiliate Links where reasonably practical

You cannot access your Affiliate Center and cannot earn any new Commissions.

Any unpaid Commissions remain subject to Section 11.5.

For avoidance of doubt: you will not earn Commission on any sale that occurs on or after the effective date of termination, even if a Customer clicked your Affiliate Link before that date.

11.4 Dormant Affiliate Accounts

We do not automatically close dormant Affiliate Accounts (accounts that earned no Commissions in the Past 12 Months). However, we reserve the right to close dormant Affiliate Accounts with or without notice as set out in Section 19.

11.5 Withholding, delay, Offsets, suspension, termination

Notwithstanding Section 11.1, we may immediately withhold or delay payment of any unpaid Commissions, apply Offsets against unpaid or future Commissions, and/or suspend or terminate your Affiliate Account where we reasonably believe (including without limitation):

  • you have breached this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law;
  • Commissions are not valid or were generated from prohibited, misleading, incentivised, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant activity (including tracking manipulation or deceptive marketing);
  • underlying transactions are subject to refund, Chargeback, cancellation, dispute, or non-payment risk;
  • we must do so to comply with applicable law (including sanctions/embargo rules) or the requirements/requests of payment processors, banks, or platform providers;
  • it is necessary to protect our business, our Customers, or compliance.

We may notify as set out in Section 19.

11.6 Death of Affiliate

In the event of the death of the Affiliate, their participation in the Affiliate Program automatically terminates as of the date of death (whether or not we have received notice).

The Affiliate’s personal representative or estate must notify us promptly in writing and provide reasonable evidence upon request.

Any Commissions attributable to Qualified Sales that occurred before that date remain subject to this Agreement (including Sections 6 and 7) and will be paid (if and when Payable) to the PayPal payout details on file in the Affiliate Center under Section 8, or, subject to Account Verification, to updated payout details we record at the request of the Affiliate’s personal representative/estate.

No further Commissions will accrue on or after the date of death of the Affiliate.

12. Brand, intellectual property, and “no impersonation”

12.1 Limited licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use our approved Brand Assets solely to promote 47AIx under this Agreement.

12.2 Restrictions

You must not:

  • Impersonate us or imply you are an employee, partner, or representative with authority
  • Create websites/pages/materials that copy our look and feel in a way likely to confuse Customers
  • Register or attempt to register our brand names/logos (or confusingly similar versions) as trademarks, domains, subdomains, social handles, or app names
  • Use “47AIx”, “47AIx.com”, “Istvan Bujdoso”, “AI-Boosted Business Growth Membership”, “The Quick & Easy AI Micro-SaaS Method” (or confusingly similar terms/misspellings) in domain names or paid search ads in violation of Appendix A

12.3 Respect for intellectual property

You must not promote or provide services to any person or business that you know (or reasonably should know) is infringing our intellectual property in connection with their promotions of 47AIx.

13. Independent contractor; no authority

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in this Agreement creates employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture.

You have no authority to bind us or make commitments on our behalf.

You do not share in our profits or losses and have no ownership or other financial interest in our business.

The only compensation available to you is the Commission expressly described in this Agreement.

You are solely and exclusively responsible and liable for all of your acts and omissions in connection with the Affiliate Program.

14. No warranties; no guaranteed income; no leads; no “business opportunity”

We do not promise or guarantee your success, income, or sales as an Affiliate.

  • We do not promise to provide you any sales leads, referrals, or prospects.
  • You must not claim (expressly or implicitly) that 47AIx guarantees any income or that we provide a “business opportunity,” “business-in-a-box,” franchise opportunity, or assisted marketing plan.

If you share your own results, you must follow Appendix A.

15. Additional representations and ongoing notification

You represent that:

  • You comply with applicable advertising/consumer protection laws.
  • You are not currently subject to (and have not been threatened with) any material regulatory investigation, inquiry, enforcement action, prosecution, or private legal claim by any governmental or industry regulatory authority, anywhere in the world, related to deceptive marketing, consumer protection, or advertising law violations that would reasonably call into question your compliance as an Affiliate.
  • You are not a party to any agreement with a third party that prohibits (whether directly or indirectly) you from promoting 47AIx Products, subscriptions, or Services.

If any of the above statements becomes untrue after you accept this Agreement (or if it would become untrue but for a change in circumstances), you must notify us from your Affiliate Email On File within 24 hours at: hello+compliance@47aix.com . (We may require additional Account Verification before acting. See our Terms & Conditions.) We may request supporting information under Section 2.5 and/or may deny Commissions and/or withhold unpaid amounts and/or suspend or terminate participation under Section 11.

If we withhold Commissions and/or suspend your Affiliate Account under this Section, we may require you (as a condition of reinstatement and/or releasing withheld Commissions) to provide a signed written statement (in a form we reasonably specify and may reasonably rely on) confirming the relevant facts. If we reasonably determine that your signed written statement is false or materially misleading (including by omission), we may continue to withhold Commissions and/or continue the suspension or terminate your participation under Section 11.

Indemnity is set out in our Terms & Conditions and applies to this Agreement.

Appendix A — Advertising Rules (Detailed)

These rules apply to all your Affiliate activities.

A1 — General compliance (laws and platforms)

You must publish, distribute, or otherwise communicate promotions in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including:

  • Advertising and consumer protection laws (no deceptive or misleading marketing)
  • Email marketing laws (including anti-spam requirements)
  • If you can view or receive personal data of referred Customers (for example, their name and email address) via the Affiliate Center, you must treat it as confidential personal data and comply with all applicable data protection laws.
  • Data protection laws applicable to your marketing activities
  • All rules of any platform you use (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

You are solely responsible for compliance. We do not provide legal advice.

You must not make claims about 47AIx Products/subscriptions that are inconsistent with, or beyond the scope of, the marketing materials and descriptions we provide.

If you can view or receive personal data of referred Customers (for example, their name and email address) via the Affiliate Center, you must not add referred Customers to your marketing lists or contact them using those details unless you have a separate lawful basis and any required consents independent of the 47AIx referral.

For the avoidance of doubt, we have the sole and exclusive discretion to determine whether your advertising and conduct comply with applicable laws, and we are not required to advise, warn, or provide guidance to you regarding such compliance.

A2 — Prohibited channels

You are prohibited from promoting 47AIx by:

  • Telemarketing
  • Fax marketing
  • Text/SMS messaging (or messaging that is treated like SMS by regulators/carriers)

A3 — No monetary incentives for purchasing

You must not offer monetary incentives (cash, prizes, rewards points, raffles) in exchange for someone purchasing through your Affiliate Link.

You may offer legitimate non-cash bonuses (templates, guides, workshops, etc.) only if you accurately describe and deliver them.

A4 — Required disclosure of Affiliate relationship (applies to all materials)

You must clearly disclose that you may receive compensation in any promotional materials, whether digital or non-digital, including (without limitation) websites, emails, newsletters, social media posts, videos, webinars, presentations, PDFs, downloadable files, print materials, and live events.

Your disclosure must be clear, conspicuous, and not hidden behind a link or in tiny fonts.

Disclosure: I am an independent 47AIx Affiliate, not an employee. I may receive referral payments from 47AIx. The opinions expressed here are my own and are not official statements of 47AIx.

A5 — Paid ads, SEO, and “brand term” restrictions

You must not engage in unlawful or deceptive SEO or advertising practices.

In particular:

  • You must not generate paid search results based on our brand terms (including brand names, trademarks, and confusingly similar variations and misspellings).
  • You must not direct-link from paid ads to our pages.
  • You must not make your ads look like they are placed by 47AIx (no “official” impersonation).

A6 — Social media disclosure requirements

For social promotions:

  • Each post must contain #47aix.
  • Use #ad (or equivalent platform disclosure) in a clear and conspicuous location, before any “More” cut-off where applicable.
  • Use the platform’s “Paid Partnership” / branded content tool where available.
  • For video promotions, include “Ad”, “Advertisement”, “Promotion”, or “Paid Partnership” clearly in the video itself in a way viewers can notice.

A7 — Non-disparagement

You must not make any negative comments about or disparage the Products, subscriptions, Affiliates, or Services of 47AIx, or any other individual or entity, including without limitation the competitors of 47AIx and their Products and Services.

A8 — Income and business opportunity claims

You must not claim that 47AIx guarantees income or results.

If your marketing includes claims about your own income/results, then:

  • your statements must be completely true and supported by evidence; and
  • your statements must be accompanied by a clear disclaimer, such as: “These were my results. Your results will vary based on many factors including your background, effort, and market conditions. There is no guarantee you will make any money.”

You must not claim that 47AIx is a franchise opportunity, a “business-in-a-box,” or an assisted marketing plan.
